This store needs to get it together when it comes to customer service. As a doordash driver I Have gotten a few orders to this place. If they are out of something they just hand you the order and tell you that the customer will put in a complaint that they didn’t get an item instead of trying to make it right. And I literally showed up one minute after close to pick up a doordash order and they told me they were closed. I obviously let them know I was with doordash and just picking up probably the last order of the night for them and they just flat out ignore me I pulled up to the window and again I’m just ignored. I get that if you are closed you wanna get out of there but it would not have hurt you to hand out that order through the window and take 3 seconds to finish doing your job.

Just went thru the drive thru and had 2 orders and both orders had curly fries with the combos.. this is what we got. Called to let them know how disappointed we were. Nothing but bits and pieces of old, hard and greasy pieces

Awful!!! Kristen is the manager (I asked) this staff was a skeleton crew of people who just looked at us when we walked in as they walked around, picking things up to try, and fill in order in the drive through never greeted us, and when we asked if we could place an order at the register she mumbled we stood there even longer until we were totally ignored. We asked if they were going to take any orders inside and she said she’d be with us in a minute after about 5 more minutes we left …what a ridiculous place never again will we step foot in this place.!!!!

Horrible! Went through the drve thru & waited forever for someone to take an order. Then get up to the window & they are blaring awful music inside…a guy was dancing…a girl was eating something. I was not given my receipt …and was shorted 3 jalepeno poppers from my order. (Wonder if that’s what the girl was eating? Hhmm) & food was just not good today. You could tell this staff was playing around & half doing their jobs! Super disappointed with the visit! Get it together Arby’s..u can do much better! Wasted $26.

It’s an Arby’s, what can I say? Service was good and food was in line with Arby’s standards. I’m a traditionalist and went for the classic roast beef: always my favorite here. My husband’s excited that they’ve added burgers … not sure why because there are a million and one burger joints out there. We miss the potato cakes but understand that the demand probably just wasn’t high enough to continue carrying them.

FUNK FOOD! Do yourself a favor and don’t dine here at Arby’s in Troy, Oh. This place should be ashamed to be a restaurant. I and my friend were the only patrons in the restaurant on a Friday evening. It wasn’t clean and the were gnats flying around in the seating area. The fries were old, hard, and barely warm. The sandwiches were lacking in everything from toppings to meat. I know now why we were the only ones there.
