The line was so slow and then I ordered the 4 piece tender tossed in nuclear with double fries and an extra side of nuclear. This is what I was given. Very disappointed! Didn’t even get my extra sauce. My chicken and fries are all mixed up so my fries are soggy, I only got 1 serving of fries. And the toast is lousy. Barely toasted. Just like a piece of white bread. Waste of money.

A main staple for Zaxby’s, that I always loved, was they always cooked your food to order so it took a little bit longer than the average fast food place but it was worth it for fresh, hot food. However, this time I got my food in less than two minutes, which I found a little odd. So, that meant it was already cooked before I ordered. I ordered a boneless wings meal tossed in regular barbecue sauce with a diet coke. The fries were okay, but the piece of bread was cold and very greasy, and the boneless wings were cold and hard. They also gave me regular coke. My wife confirmed this by tasting it herself. I’m diabetic and my body doesn’t handle the extra sugar well. The person taking my order was very friendly and so was the one that handed me my food. However, unfortunately, my food was still cold and not pleasant along with getting the wrong drink.

We had to stop for a quick snack. We got basket of fries, toast basket, mushrooms, and cheese balls. Good customer service however it got very crowded due to it being a tight space there. Very hard to get in and out when busy.

Before I begin this review, I want to be clear about something: I LOVE ZAXBY’S! I eat at one whenever I get the chance because their chicken is amazing! All of my past experiences with eating Zaxby’s chicken tenders was they had an outward golden brown appearance with an inward juicy steamy appearance and a melt in your mouth consistency.

Food and service is decent. Sadly they removed the marinara from the fried white cheddar bites. Not I get them less. Zaxbys has great zax sauce and when the chicken is fresh and saucy then that’s 5 stars. Not always will the chicken be saucy .
