I just want to give a shout out to South Casey’s Princeton MN, it’s Friday 2-3-23 5:45pm. The delivery driver I talked to on the phone was so nice and very funny which made the call fun, also they took their time to help me figure out how to use my rewards to purchase the pizza. ALSO the cook called to confirm what I wanted on my pizza instead of just guessing and being wrong. Thank you to the south Casey’s staff for being GREAT!!

I used to always come here to get food, gas, etc. Although today made me sooooo upset, My carmel toffee cappuccino tasted like water, so I came back to EITHER get a refund or the same coffee, but maybe have them refill it? I go up to the front counter telling her about my coffee and she rudely responded “what do you want me to do about it?” Terrible service!! Like i didn’t buy colored water to drink??! I responded, i either want the same coffee or a refund. She asked the manager (shawna) and i believe she said i could get a refill. I am looking at the toffee cappuccino and its just water. I don’t expect them to change or refill it right away, but I didn’t want a different coffee, I wanted a refund. So incredibly rude this employee was, i didnt catch her name. But it was 3:10 on 3/18/22. And the manager should of came up and talk to me face to face, instead of this employee. I’m not buying from here again!

Extremely poor gas station went here today and the cashier didn’t know how to use the rewards system which was a disappointment and when I was pumping the handle was all wet with gas which was completely unsanitary definitely won’t be back atleast at the other stores they will help their customers out.
