Place is part of the newly remodeled Gateway walkway in and out of Newark Penn, great staff, omelet was on the money, no seating in the actual location, but there is plenty of seating a few steps down, overlooking Penn Station.

The food is decent but highly priced. I ordered the chocolate protein macaroon balls—6 balls in the picture on the menu. I got 4 half balls. The price was close to $6. I called and asked where the other two balls are—they said “they show 6 for the menu picture—but we only serve 4”. C’mon! For six bucks I actually got 2 balls. Is this a national chain that they think they can get away with this nonsense? Bye

My wife and I stopped by on our way to NYC. We were looking for a healthy option with a lot of variety and this place had it all. The menu is exhaustive. Something for everyone including allergy friendly menu items. We ended up getting a make your own salad protein bowl and one of their sandwiches. Both were outstanding. So much so that we stopped by again on our way back from NYC. Service is excellent, staff is so nice, and we will definitely come again next time we are in the area. We only wish we had a location down south!

It’s unclear if I went on an off day or if they are still training their employees. It seemed like there was general confusion around order and ingredients, causing a slowdown with getting the food out. The bowls are delicious, but I’d advise getting a double portion of protein since the single portion is fairly small. They have indoor seating and you may be able to find street parking nearby.

fresh & co. Westfield, NJ won us over. Robust lunch menu is terrific with plenty of healthful options. I had the Mediterranean Grain bowl which was deliciously fresh and a great value! Dressing offerings were very tasty, I tried several on the side. Staff was ample and easily handled the Sat. peak lunch rush. Staff and owner were courteous and friendly. Looking forward to trying breakfast and dinner offerings!

Love getting a warm breakfast from here as a weekend treat for the family, I love how huge the menu is; I can get my favorites like the Mexican Quesadilla but the kids can still get theirs, like French toast and pancakes with any toppings they choose. I also enjoy that everything is made there , even the hot sauce!

My girlfriend and I heard about this place on Instagram and we are both into healthy foods so we came to check it out. First of all I just want to say that this is the cleanest place I have ever been to and that’s important when it comes to food. They have many great options from bowls to Sandwiches. I had Chicken Shawarma and it was delicious 10/10. I can easily tell it’s nothing but quality because all the ingredients are fresh. Definitely recommend checking it out.
