I ordered a kids meal and wanted a cookie dough blizzard as my dessert, they said they couldn’t even though they have done it before. They then charged me 2.50 for a cookie dough blizzard and just gave me a plain ice cream. They gave me the 50 cents free coupon and it didn’t even work when I did it the next time. When I was trying to say that they charged me for the cookie dough blizzard even though I didn’t get it they just shut the window. Another person came and I asked for the manager but they didn’t have one. I wanted a refund but they just closed the window to. I honked my horn and they just ignored me.I didn’t even know their name cause they weren’t wearing a name tag or even the proper clothing.

This is not the first time the staff wss in a rude rush taking and making our 5 ice cream order. If something is no longer on the menu and discontinued take it off the menu and no need to be rude. The shake was runny and literally had a tiny bit of whipcream unlike the photos …..blizzards had very little toppings. Last time Im taking my business to this location. Im never given a receipt either.

Fast and friendly service. My only complaint is why do they serve less than half of gravy in the container for the chicken strip basket? 6 piece for less than half a container size is not enough gravy.

This location does not scan your app so that you can receive points for purchases. You can not manually enter receipts either so you just lose the points on the money you just spent. Annoying!

Stopped by only to lock doors & no one in site @ 11:25a – Went back to car & as I was driving by the crew was out back – looks we’re given & their “I could careless about servicing”. Once again management want friends instead of workers. Guess the new ice cream store on Butler & Main will get more of my business. Shameless
