Wow, what happened to 5 o’clock? We’ve been going there for nearly 20 years and have never had such a bad experience. I understand things are understaffed, but seriously, the service was so bad it made our entire evening a disappointment.

A little off this time. They didn’t have our reservation down and when I called they even asked me if I wanted outside or inside dining. We were the first customers in the door but not the first seated. We were told to go to the bar and they would come get us. They came to get other patrons first so we went and asked about us getting seated. They finally seated us then. Food was good though.

What a nice spot to enjoy a meal outside in a beautiful setting. Had the most delicious Pinapple Mimosa. Ribs were good, very meaty. The rib sauce was average, the mashed potato velouté was very good. Overall, a good experience.

5 o’clock Club is our go-to place for special occasions only because it’s a bit of a trip. If we were closer, we’d go there every week. We are talking about the epitome of the Wisconsin supper club. Drinks, view, atmosphere, service, food, and not necessarily in that order. Don’t hesitate, this place checks all the boxes.
