Wish they had a salad and wings special for their traditional wings as well as boneless, but otherwise, we were pleased with tonight’s experience. Server was cute as a bug and very personable. Sweet Chill traditional wings had a great bite and fun stickiness. The Italian side salad was the perfect size and I do love their creamy Italian dressing. Still had to bring a couple wings home and they reheated nicely.

I ordered my favorite, ultimate cheese lovers with honey barbeque drizzle and garlic butter stuffed crust. Which is delicious, however at this particular Pizza hut they didn’t put the drizzle on. Instead they handed me a little sauce cup and I did it myself. This wouldn’t bother me if they were busy and just didn’t have the time but there were only 3 other tables there. The pizza was not cut very well and I had to hack at it pretty good. And the crust is normally a little firmer so it was “floppy”. I went with a friend and we took 2 different orders, and clearly stated we were seperate. In the end when we went to pay they charged us together and it took them several minutes to seperate the order.

So, my family and I called the store,asked if they did delivery. They responded with no, so we said okay we will place our order and pick it up. They were being nice on the phones and took our order and the time. So, instead of us waiting we went to see it we can dine in instead, as we approach a young gentleman name Adam said we weren’t able to dine in due to their staffs had already cleaned up their shift. So, I wanted to leave but my family wanted to still eat. As Colin the assistant manager assisted us. Mr. Adam then leaves the building so I hate to do this but I’ve worked in food and beverages industry for 16 years and never will I done what Mr. Adam had said. Just saying I thank the staffs for making everything comfortable.

April 30, 2022- 5:30 pm-We stopped at the Lemars Pizza Hut, expecting a nice meal. We made it to the entrance an were greeted- however the staff explained that they were too busy an could not seat an serve us! We were actually turned away- the staff explained they only had two people working an could not accommodate us- because they already had a large table of 10-12 an maybe 3 others booths with customers- the store was not even at 1/4 capacity-What is this world coming too- not impressed!
