The food quality was acceptable, and the area was neat and clean. The service was terrible though. The wait was 20 minutes to even order with very few cars there. Several items were missing and one was completely wrong, even though it was right there on the receipt. We ordered for five people, and were given two napkins. When we rang for more we received another three. I’m really glad we were just passing through and this isn’t our usual Sonic.

Horrible customer service. The lady working the window was extremely rude and pushy. While ordering she rudely cut in asking if that was all every word that came out of my mouth. Sonic should try hiring more respectful staff maybe some who actually sound like they want to work. When my food was handed to me the worker was turned around talking and carelessly handing me food, my drink holder was soaked with a pool of drink at the bottom as well as drink all over my cup. i’m EXTREMELY disappointed and best bet my day is ruined. the quality in employees is pathetic. if you want a job do it and do it right.

I usually don’t eat after Chemo but today I said LET ME TRY SOMETHING and being that Sonic is a block away from my house I stopped there to get JUMBO popcorn chicken and baby HALF OF THE CHICKEN WAS HARD AS A BONE. I called they insisted I GET UP AND COME BRING IT BACK TO THEM TO FIX IT as if I haven’t been at treatment all morning. Attached is a photo where I tried OPENING them so you all could see the DRIED insides. Hardest popcorn chicken I’ve ever tried biting in my life.

Went tonight 12/1 at 8pm. Terrible service. Started our family order, ordered the first item & the female on the speaker closes it by by out. Pressed the buzzer again, had to plac a 2nd order to fini up our order. It took multiple people to bring pieces of our order and every one of them with the driest attitudes. Ended up leaving without a drink just to finally be able to get the hell out of there. I get it, it’s not a dream job, nor a fancy steak house but c’mon have some pride in what you do.
