Sorry bought 3 large oxtail meals today and the food wasn’t even edible. Literally tasted like someone white cooked this meal. The rice and peas was horrible and tasted like straight garlic. Very fresh with no salt added, gravy was like water and oxtail could’ve used a little more color.

Popped In, with my brother, Jerome. Visiting Poughkeepsie NY , in about 12 years. Glad to grab some authentic Jamaican Eatery. Excellent Food, 5 Stars plus.

NICEST PEOPLE HERE! Fantastic food. Every time I have visited, the customers and the staff are always incredibly sweet – one person even went out of her way to check for me if they had beef patties left! The beef patties are amazing, the mixed veggies and cabbage were seasoned so well. Fried plantains were good, and the oxtail was delicious! They usually have limited stocks of food, which is okay even if I miss out on some food because then you know it’s fresh. If you want all the good stuff (like the dumplings usually sell out quick), come here exactly at or their posted breakfast and lunch times!

I did not expect to find a Jamaican restaurant in Poughkeepsie. Its been years since I aet such cuisine. The jerk chicken was very tasty. Overall it was a delicious meal. The beer had a good taste. Just a walk a few blocks and your able to enjoy good food with such view. I recommend this restaurant.

Curry goat is terrible. Taste like wet dog food. Taste the same every time. Overprice place. Never again.

Wonderful establishment, reminds of the Caribbean restaurants I dine at when in Miami. Cowfoot on Fridays, Ox Tails, Cirry Goat and jerk. I’m in heaven with choices like this

A friend of mine told me his long time friend owns this restaurant. I’ve been dying to check it out because I love Jamaican food…especially the breakfasts. The owner served me . He was so kind, polite and very soft spoken. I was compelled to buy everything they had cooked. I left with 3 breakfast and 2 dinners. I could not get home fast enough to eat my Acker and salt fish callaloo, banana and yam. It was amazing ! I will absolutely % go back there !!!!!!
