The order taker was courteous and patient in the drive thru. However, the portion sizes of both meals purchased didn’t equate to the price. I feel as though the fish, chicken, and macaroni portions are a lot smaller than they were the last time that I was here back in September 2022 (today is June 2023). Also, the temperature of the food could’ve been better.

Went to get some dinner. A very simple order. 2 piece dinner with a breast and a wing. 4 piece tender combo. The 4 piece was right but the 2 piece came with a thigh and a drumstick. The receipt even stated a breast and a wing. How do you read breast and wing and then put a thigh and a drumstick in the order? It isn’t that hard because they don’t even sound the same. Chicken breast sounds nothing like thigh. Wing sounds nothing like drumstick at all. Disappointing dinner for Dad. Check your orders because a basic fundamental skill like reading comprehension is too much to ask. At least the corn nuggets were correct.

Called several times and phone just rang, then machine said “voicemail hasn’t been activated”. No human ever picked up. Got wrong sandwich and was tough and cold. And was charged for side of jalapeño poppers but did not get them. That’s why I was calling. I tried calling two other stores to get the correct phone number and none of them ever answered. I called multiple times to each location.

I ordered a 12pc tender family meal an extra family side and single fries for $38 and some cents. Don’t order online it’s more expensive. Call the restaurant directly to place an order ahead. You don’t want to pay a service fee. I had a terrible past experience from the past, I ordered online through doordash and I picked up food myself and I had to pay a ridiculous service fee.

So disappointed. I got a bunch of over cooked inedible chicken nuggets, when I ordered a six piece tenders. I paid for extra gravy, only to open my extra gravy and it is only half full. I don’t even have enough gravy to soak these over cooked nuggets in. The fries were the only thing worth eating, you may have the chicken jerky back.

Disgusting and slow. Drive thru dips the cup in the ice with the same hand that accepts cash and touches your food. The drinks are full to the brim with ice too. Then to just place an order they make you wait 2 min and park you in the front no matter what you order. Absolutely ridiculous.
