I ordered and got the wrong pizza, they refused to deliver a new one and it was also burnt! Super inedible!! I gave the driver $10 as tip and he was so rude and racist, started abusing on the phone. This is the pizza I got LMAO never ordering from this trash location again! What a rip off!

Very Rude People, Unsanitary, they don’t use gloves I saw someone head phones fall into the food and they continue to make the order and served it. I immediately left. This was 7/25/23 at 9:30 . Worst experience ever

Paid for extra items on the pizza but instead received a regular one. The cashier was extremely rude and argued that was extra meat. Asked for pepper and she just said “we are out”. The pizza was also burned. Worst of all, she was not even wearing a mask!

In the past I praised this store at 401 N 21st Street in Philadelphia, but it has changed drastically in the past couple months. They’ve cut down drastically on the toppings and have a manager now that has zero customer service skills so much so that I called with a complaint about the pizza that I received and he stood quiet and stated he has no comment and refused to give me his name. I ordered extra beef and you will see in the picture the pizza I received.

I placed a $35 order for delivery from this Domino’s at 1:50AM. At 2:50AM I called to cancel but they said the delivery driver had already left the store. They were open until 4AM that night. The food never came. Once they reopened in the morning, I called and requested a refund. They said they were unable to refund an order placed the same day for some odd reason, and asked that I call back the next day. I called the next morning and then I was told they couldn’t find any history of my order. Yet my card was charged as soon as the order was placed. This place is a scam, do not trust them with your card information or to provide you a service that you’ve paid for.

Worst experience ever ever ever!!!! Trust me do not order from here! Ordered, 2 hours later it said delivered, but yet no order was at my door. Called the branch who had me on hold for 30 +mins, then proceeded to say “it’ll be another 20 mins” 49 mins later pizza came.. cold and the box was completely damaged. Ordered wings and the chicken was cold and undercooked.

The first time (I think it was two weeks ago) I ordered one coke (2 liters), 2 sides (stuffed cheesy bread and parmesan bread bites), and two medium handmade pizzas with normal cheese and extra sauce. This order was messed up as in the parmesan bread bites were missing the parmesan flavor and both pizzas had little to no sauce. I was extremely lucky to have ordered a few marinara sauce cups on the side to counter this issue.
