This place has gone downhill. I used to crave their burger and this is what they cooked today. Burnt patty, chips and the bun wasn’t even toasted. I’m surprised they allowed this to be served. I would expect more from a high end restaurant.

Food is amazing. Service was definitely off the norm. I guess there were some staffing challenges the evening we were there. Drink and app orders went as expected and were wonderful. But after that, service basically disappeared. After waiting for OVER 30 minutes, one of our party actually went to find someone and ask if they could maybe take our dinner order! We received no apologies of any kind at anytime.

LOVE the location as we live in Gates Mills. Great ambiance and excellent service (Al is great)! We have dined on numerous occasions with our goal to find a great dish and have been unable to do so. Will stick with having a cocktail at the bar.

Great food and atmosphere, enjoyed the upstairs dining, great atmosphere until room was full and then it was too loud, ribeye steak was very good, mashed potatoes were also very good and homemade, service was very good , hope to be back, 5 stars for best ribeye and service in area, thank you.
