I’ve been to dominoes too many times in my life in many different cities and this is the first time the pizza didn’t taste good. There was barely any tomato sauce on the pizza. I almost choked because it was so dry. Customer service was fine but the pizza says otherwise.

This is the 2nd time the delivery driver put the order was delivered but they never did. The staff in this store honestly needs to be retrained or just let go since they can not even do the bare minimum of the job. It’s one thing to deliver the pizza late but to not even deliver at all and still try to keep your money? Just a bunch of incompetent, useless scammers. And the manager is a joke. What are they good for if they can not even manage their employees?

Stay away. Ordered delivery. It was stuck on prep for over an hour then I tried to call many times no answer then went to delivery after 2 hours. Said delivered and there’s nothing at all. Never a knock on the door and nothing left outside. Now I have to drive to the store and get a refund. The app showed the manager Tiffany in charge of the order and driver adrien delivering. Would obviously give 0 stars. Never got anything

Where do I start giving them a one star is too good … I ordered 30 worth of food for my son watched it on the teacher until it said delivered however whek I didn’t get a notification from my ring camera I assumed the delivery driver hadn’t made it quiet to the door so I gave it about 5 minutes or so still jo did I called the store only to be out on hold for 30 minutes I called back they hung up the phone I called back again same thing this was done for about 20 minutes until I called private when I called private I got a call center who stated they can transfer me to my store once again I was hung up on I called back agin and was told to unblock my number to get help I did and then they never answered after calling the corporate number and getting jo assistance just a voice recording and calling from 5 different phones only to realize they most likely knew it was me calling and didn’t bother to help I will never spend another dollar here and I was a frequent customer

Horrible experience. Ordered $50 worth of food and my order was marked as delivered but never delivered to my door. The driver was 3 minutes away on the tracker when it was suddenly marked as delivered. Called the store and they wouldn’t pick up.

Worse place ever poor customer service I called about my order that was on the way but my order ended up going back to the store with my order and waiting another 15mins at the store so it not to mention he did a delivery before mines so it took a total 1hr-25mins for my kids food to arrive and the food was cold
