Celestine’s has the most perfectly fried chicken I have had in my life. The owners are kind and friendly and food turnaround time quick. My experience with greens has been hit-or-miss. The ones served here are definitely a hit, and they serve true Southern-style mac-n-cheese. What a gem to have in Washington!

I dont know about catering but our dine in experience wasnt so great. Music was so loud, we had to scream to hear eachother even though we sat side by side. Not enough food options, at all. Chicken was still pink inside and my husband’s chicken was no where near crispy. More like microwaved after sitting out all day. Chicken was also extremely dry. After a few bites, we just left. Far from southern and certainly would not return.
