Service was Excellent. The servers were friendly and smiling the whole time we were there. Even the server who was not at our table even gave my girls little sea shells which they loved. Now to the food, the burgers were decent. Definitely not the best I’ve had but ok. Food presentation was not the greatest but for a burger place I guess can’t really complain. The nachos were soggy which was a let down. The tacos were pretty good. If you are shopping at shops of Wailea and want a quick bite this place is not bad. The service is good and the food is ok. I would personally not get the nachos. No body wants soggy nachos that was a turn off.

While staying at the Waldorf Astoria in Wailea ran into this wonderful breakfast here at the Cheeseburger Grille. The food was flavorful and the Bloody Mary was spicy with plenty of heat from the peppers. Will absolutely be coming back for more while visiting here in Maui.

Pricey but the burgers are huge. Split one with your companion if you can agree on a single flavour. They also pride themselves on a “5 napkin burger” so there is sometimes a pool of grease/juice (?) under the buns which aren’t always structurally up to the task. Service wasn’t that zippy at 3 in the afternoon so who knows about peak times.

We had the cheeseburger babies and onion rings. They have some of the best onion rings. Great location with beautiful scenery. The waitress was present and very attentive. Would definitely go back for a great cheeseburger.

Attended happy hour, they should have real cheese on the nachos, had some sort of yellow paste, tried to like it, still dont know what it was and afraid to ask, onion rings were excellent. Music is good, good place to relax. Don’t get the Nachos. Suggested minimum tip on the bill is 17%, 19% or 21% , I don’t think so. Maui is Excellent, this was dissappointing.

Best burger I’ve ever had. Each of my family members chose a different burger to try. And all of them were amazing. The patties are thick and juicy, cooked exactly how you request. Our server was super friendly and checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing okay. The beers came out super cold and tasted amazing. Nothing negative to say about this place and we will definitely be back.

We called in for a reservation prior to arriving, and when we got there we had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes to be seated (on a slow night). Once we were brought to our table, Robert (manager) was very rude when we asked him to bring over some extra chairs saying that we didn’t have a reservation. “Robert” was bickering with employees and other customers the entire night we were there, and he really gave a bad rap for the restaurant. Apart from the awkward tension that he created, our Serbian waitress was polite and attentive to our needs. Coke products tasted funny, but our food was delicious.

Excellent service, food, and drinks… Highly recommend bar service also. Several times I have been here and the bar tender Justine is super attentive and such positive energy. After a tough day working or surfing waves she always seems so full of positive energy. Overall fun and fast service! Check it out! Great items to take home to for memories!!
