7/22/23 I ordered an iced mocha and there was a live fly in the whipped cream. And it took 20 minutes to get it inside the store. Employees were on their phones and snacking on the food while making orders in the back. No one apologized for the fly. I would go to the McDonald’s down the street and avoid this one.

Fantastic in everyway. 30 min before they closed the drive thru order taker was very nice and she sounded happy to take my order. She was bubbly and pleasant. You can tell a great staff cause they even had McFlurrys that late! All my food was fresh as could be. The window gentleman made sure my large order was fulfilled completely and gave me all the correct condiments I requested. Great job tonight crew, service like this is rare in fast food these days!! Bravo!

this place is hell on earth. i went here, and ask for a big mac. i ordered it with no onions, and it came with them. i didn`t see them on it, and i ate it i almost died, do not go here if you dont want to die

Just witnessed an incredible amount of drama and screaming from several employees directed at one another. It was so loud I could hear it across the street at Sheetz. We were going to stop by McDondalds to grab a late lunch but decided not to because it was obvious that all of the employees were out in the parking lot involved in the incident.

5/17/23 7:30AM. I went through drive thru and ordered breakfast. At first window, this older woman gave me an unnecessary attitude when clarifying which order was mine. Once clarified and correct, she rolled her eyes at me and scoffed. This attitude is childish and immature. I was very respectful and nice, the attitude I received was unprovoked and rude. I believe this employee should be reprimanded for this immature behavior. (Food was fine)

This is the best mcdonalds ever. The manager ‘Liam’ is a hero. I bought a happy meal and choked on a nugget, when Liam witnessed this he hopped over the counter and gave me cpr. If it wasnt for him i would die. Liam is the best worker ever. I am in love with this McDonald’s.

Went in to order cause I’m tired of getting cold food from drive thru, Very slow service with only 3 customers waiting! Most of the fast food restaurants are not fast food anymore and you ought to just close the dine in cause your employees just call out number, throw your bag up on counter and walk away, then look at you like your interrupting them when you ask for your cup!
