I order on the app, my pizza is made right and is always ready when I get there! I also love that they have a drive thru! I believe I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean/Shawn today! I literally HATE this papa John’s…they do not make their pizzas right…why is there original crust so thin? Look at my Pizza? Video attached. All the other Papa Johns I’ve ordered from make their original crusts normal. But this papa John’s DOES NOT.

Ordered on the phone. Left adequate time to have pizza made by the time I got there. I get there and it looks like nobody is workin. I see an older bald man lookin at me not saying anything or getting a cashier. And I see a younger woman with a ponytail Making the pizzas. There are none in the warming station and nobody is talkin to me saying if my pizza is being made or almost ready. I was already reluctant to order from this location and should’ve known better. I hope all this goes automated real soon!!!

Do not go here after dark. They only function through the drive through and we had to wait 40 minutes for our pizza after we arrive because the line was so long. Rather than forward thinking and having people who’s pizzas were not ready park. They had them sit at the drive thru window while we waited for their pizzas to cook. Would NOT recommend this location.
