The chocolate ice cream is pretty good. The vanilla is not as good as it used to be. Actually, the same goes for the burgers. They are a bit dry and the taste was not fresh. I really like hamburgers, but these just aren’t fresh enough.

Food was really good it’s just a little pricier than I think it should be. Server was friendly and pleasant and it came out pretty fast considering I had ordered chicken baskets and a burger. My burger was exactly what you want your burger to look like I was impressed and it didn’t disappoint flavor wise either.

First time I ever stopped here. The service was good, fast friendly, nice it has a drive thru. But I ordered a medium hot fudge sundae which looked to have about 2-3 squirts of hot fudge on one side of the top only. I guess if I wanted jist vanilla ice cream I would have ordered that.

This Dairy Queen is absolutely the worst. Every time I go here the Blizzards are soup. The staff are so inept. They obviously don’t care about the quality of their food at all. You can tell that they’re used to complaints because they are SO dismissive and SO rude. Kristyna L. was the name of the person who served me today and though they said they they would refund me on the phone refused to assist me at the window though I explained to them I did not have the ability to come in. Please! Go around the corner to Handles so you can have some good ice cream.

I used to work at a Dairy Queen nearby for about 3 years so I have experience and so far, the Poland DQ is the worst one I’ve been to. Every single time I’ve been to this Dairy Queen I’ve gotten a blizzard and there is about 2 inches of ice-cream missing from the blizzard cup every single time. This was a big no no at the Dairy Queen I used to work at and my manager would never let us hand out a blizzard with that much ice cream missing! It’s a waste of money! Go to a different Dairy Queen because obviously the workers at the Poland location are not getting trained correctly. I never post complaints like this but when it’s multiple times, I’m gonna help others by letting them know to save their money!

The best dairy queen in the area. Friendly and courteous staff that anticipates a customer’s needs, and when you ask for extras, they give you plenty! Love this place! See you guys next week for my peanut buster parfait with extra peanuts!
