I placed an order on line for the guess that what I get for not sending a tip.. heads up… you have to earn your tip.16″ big new Yorker. I did not leave a tip seeing how I was picking it up. When I got to the drive thru window, the you men asked me to sign the receipt and to place a tip.. ( if I wanted). This was strange seeing how I paid on line. They already got my money. Anyways I got home and found my 16″ pizza only had 3 pepperoni per slice.

This pizza is always taking forever to deliver. 40-50 minutes when you are 5 mins away. I would walk but i have two little ones. The manager also says there is no compensation for tardiness.

It was a very horrible experience. I got a lot of attitude because they did not have the food ready or cooked. 15 minutes after I arrived, requesting a refund was denied request of the gift card was denied. At a total I was at Pizza Hut for 34 minutes.

Couldn’t even make a simple 2 pizza order correct. Ordered large meat lovers thin crust and a large super supreme stuffed crust. They made them just the opposite. REALLY GUYS? I was like the only order you had to make.

Messed my order up left out my sauce I paid for. Put no butter or Parmesan on my bread sticks. I had hard dry bread sticks smh over drenched the Detroit pizza in pizza sauce. Nothing like the pictures. Then had the nerve to not fully cut my pizza properly I had to cut it myself! Ridiculous Only pizza hut that delivers to my house. Now I got to do carryout at elm rd. I rather wait longer for my food BC there might be a staffing issue. Then ppl not take pride in the food there serving paying customers. And just completely mess up there order!

Horrible service I’ve. Sent my order to a different address. Ended up getting g it al.ost 2 hours later. Imagine how hot it was!!!!! Took food back and asked for my money back. Manager said they no longer refund money under any circumstances.
