I’ve ate here many times over the years with no issues but tonight 4/14/2023 the food and service was disappointing. We placed an online order for pick up that included a kids meal and two Smokehouse Brisket meals. When we got home and opened the boxes we found both the Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches only had one slice of meat each. For a $30 order it should have at least slightly resembled the photo on the menu. I called the store and the manager wasn’t the most friendly about the issue. Ended up calling customer service BC I didn’t want to eat at the same location again to have our meals replaced. Customer service was also not helpful.

Arby’s has the meats. True, however they’ve also gone down hill. Order a gyro. The flat bread is so stale it doesn’t matter whether it’s warm or cold. Might well throw it in a bowl because that flat bread is breaking bread at the bottom, and I hope you’re eating over a plate. Also prepare to use your own napkins/paper towels. Forks out!

This place is always stacked with awesome food! Gyros, meats, chicken, you name it, they have it. Their curly fries are the best, they should have them in the grocery isle! Anyway, the staff is always helpful, the food is always good, no issues at this location whatsoever. If you need a nice place to eat a quiet lunch, be their guest there!

Both good & bad feedback, here. The food, when made correctly, is delicious. However, my last two experiences have given me completely wrong orders. My last order, I specifically asked for regular roast beefs, two without buns. I get home, to find all 4 are cheddar beef…all WITH buns. I’m allergic to cheese. I spoke with managers on both occasions, and they were extremely courteous & apologetic, & told me they’d replace my items without issue. When I go to retrieve those items, I’m met with skepticism, despite giving the approving managers name. Seriously unnecessary attitude. These employees acted like these replacements were coming out of their personal pocketbook. No, they came out of MINE. And they certainly weren’t cheap. Also, I’ve often found that unless I go INSIDE to place my order to go, SOMETHING in my order winds up incorrect, nearly every single time. Only I haven’t always complained. This location used to be really excellent on service. Not so much anymore. Like I mentioned, the managers are great. The staff is hit and miss, attitude wise.

Picked up one of the new Wagu burgers to try it out. Just kinda tasted like a regular ol’ burger, but that wasn’t a bad thing, still had good flavor and juicy inside. Would probably get again. Ordered the meal with curly fries, and they were hot and crispy, just the way they aught to be.

The sweet heat brisket sandwich had so much fat and grissle you could not chew it. The classic beef and cheddar had a few shavings of roast beef. Two meals cost 35$ Too exspensive not to taste good or to get your money’s worth
