The Boss
This place was recommended to me for Christmas because I work extremely a lot and didn’t have time to prepare a meal from scratch. I ordered the Cajun turkey, ribs, macaroni and cheese, smashed sweet potatoes, scalloped potatoes, loaded mashed potatoes, string bean casserole, a pecan pie and a carrot cake. To my surprise everything was extremely good. Of course the mac and cheese won’t be like what you’re probably used to but it’s doable. The carrot cake was decent, definitely not the best I ever had. Their cream cheese was more on the mild side with it not being too sweet which works for some people. The Cajun turkey had taste throughout. I baked mine for 3 hours instead of what the instructions said and it came out perfectly fine. I put the ribs in the oven in a cast iron skillet and those were immaculate. This place was so good that I would probably come here to eat whenever I don’t feel like cooking just in general. Thanks honey baked ham place I I’m very pleased with your food. I wish I could have taken a picture of everything before we tore it up! Also if you are feeding four or more people I would go with extra sides. I had one of everything for three people and we were able to get seconds.

Th service was great but when I opened my $65 ham to heat it up, I was so upset to see my ham was burnt to a crisp. I spent way more than I normally would have for a ham and was so disappointed at how it looked. This ham should of never been packaged for consumption, let alone have some one pay $65 for it.

The ham was good. I would not say it is any better than a Meijer ham at least not substantially. Dearborn market is my preferred. It was good, the staff was quite short in temperament and a touch rude. It could have been a bad day. I will probably come back though.

Picked up my Christmas ham and it is completely black like it’s been in a house fire. Called and was told to get a new one I’d have to wait in the hour long line again. Terrible customer service and not a quality ham $80 dollars later.
