We stopped here for breakfast. Easy to get to and has both indoor and outdoor seating. It’s clean with plenty of seating. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. Food was really good.

We love this place! However this particular trip was marred by poor service. We sat ourselves as instructed but waited a solid 10 minutes with no attention. The group at the table next to ours actually gave us their menus. When the waitress finally came over, she took the drink order and it was another 10 minutes before we got juice, coffee, and water. The food is always good, but it seems that they are in dire need of more staff and better training to handle the busy weekends. We’ll be back again, but one more experience like this and we’ll likely be looking for a new breakfast spot.

The pancakes were delicious! Our waitress mentioned that they were pretty big, and she wasn’t lying! Service was quick and the atmosphere was very friendly; I could tell when a few regulars came through. Would definitely recommend. Thanks, Luigi’s!

Been here 3 times and it’s been great every time. Ordered East Coast omelet for takeout this time. Excellent food – still hot. Overall, great food, big menu, generous portions, reasonable prices, friendly attentive staff, and quick service. That’s pretty much what I’m looking for in a neighborhood diner. Luigi’s checks all the boxes.

This was a a shot in the dark to meet my sister and my nephew for breakfast/ lunch . Me living in Gloucester her living in Malden we met in Peabody. Not really knowing where to go we looked a few places up and my daughter saw this on Google. So we get there maybe 1230ish not many people there maybe a family or two. U seat urself and they come over and give u the rundown. So he gives us a few minutes We decided what to order and when I go out to breakfast usually just get The good old french toast or a pancake im not an egg person . Service was quick and friendly and the food was so good for a shot in the dark i didn’t expect it to be that good. But it was and everyone was happy with what they got. Id definitely go bk again . My only negative thing is that it needs updating very old looking and floors were really bad other than that i totally recommend this place!

Somehow the cooks don’t know how to make medium eggs in a sandwich but they can if you get them with a platter. I ask the server to make them on the side but for some reason that doesn’t make any sense to staff.
