Me and both girlfriends were in the Southtownes when the older of the two said that she was hungry and suddenly all 3 of us were hungry. We verbally { after several rounds of rock, paper, scissors we agreed on BK. Mind you this is Iowa and it’s only mid-March so you can imagine the very unpleasant experience of rushing in to get out of the cold weather only to walk into an equally as cold, empty restaurant. We waited until someone acknowledged us. I ordered two entrees for $8 and those were the worst non-burger burgers I’ve eaten in awhile. They were cold, not cooked all the way, mashed flat ‘Impossible Burgers’ (bad choice of monikers). Went back and added a xlg fries and beverage. Fries weren’t even close to crispy and the soda pop dispenser hadn’t been balanced or refilled. We’ve ordered from the BK on Edgewood near us and it’s usually late at night and it’s always delivered and consistently mouth watering, chewy good.

I hate to be hard on fast food workers I understand it’s not the best work and it can be hard but I also know that it’s not hard to put pride into the food you put out. Any time I’ve ever worked fast food I made a point to only hand over a food that I would want myself. For the 2nd time in a row I am unbelievably dissatisfied with the food that I was served here. cheeseburger with no cheese,Sandwiches built the wrong way, cold French fries and all this after a 20 minute wait and paying $22 for 2 meals.
