Wow, after 15 years of not eating Haitian food. I just discovered the best Haitian food in Tampa. It is Moms Restaurant Haitian cuisine. I had the oxtail today, OMG. It was well seasoned with the appropriate amount of seasoning, not too much salt. It was just the right home cooking flavor. I recommend this to everyone. Pa gen lot encò. It was my first time eating from Mom’s Kitchen and I will go back every day if I can! 5star review. I highly recommend Mom’s restaurant. The food was soooo good and has an authentic Haitian cuisine taste. I read the reviews about the owner’s kindness and how good the food was and I had to try it out for myself. The reviews didn’t lie! He was very kind and very professional and so was his wife. The restaurant was clean. He made all of our food fresh and even my husband enjoyed it. I will definitely be back again.

Best Haitian food in Tampa. Authentic to the core. I have been here 8 years from Miami and it’s hard to find good authentic Haitian food. The service is emaculate. The small family owned restaurant would get more stars if I could. And they had a bean sauce most restaurant don’t serve. I will definitely be back and 100% recommend.
