Was there during lunch the other day, the service was WAY SLOW. Took about 35 minutes to get our food and we were second pair of people seated in the restruant. I aslo had to call to see they were open because the side door was locked.

It was the worse I’ve ever eaten from either naverettes, I have had their food since I was 5 years old, horrible, the original owner would have been embarrassed, the waitress didn’t charge me anything because she could see the meal was horrible. The best was the pre made chips and the old hot sauce in the bottle, I will never go back and will only eat at the original naverettes. I know their food can be better and only hope they put effort into it next time, just imagine a kid eating with his parents 41years ago and still loves the Mexican food- but tonight was horrible. Please take the time to do better because your family name is important, but I will only go to naverettes the original. Please please do better. Thank you to the waitress but I got sick tonight . Please do better

Service was lousy. Food was edible. Had to ask for chips and salsa twice before getting any. Had to go to bar and order our own beverages. Part of our order had to be reordered, then only part of it ever showed up. We probably won’t be back any time soon.
