I’ve seen bad reviews on Yelp and Google Maps targeting customer service, but i’m not getting it. Me and my friend walked here from the gym, and it was very hot outside; we went in and although the building was small, it was nice. We had never eaten wingstop before, so it took about 5 minutes to order and the person taking our order was helpful, knowledgeable, nice, and patient the whole way through. The food came out 10 minutes earlier than expected and the food itself was great. We’re planning on going again tomorrow and look forward to it.

Ordering online from this store is always a gamble on paid for additional items even being completed on an order. A gamble that I’m tired of trying. I’m not sure if it’s complacency due to this being the only wingstop in houma, or a general lack of care with out of house orders.

So I went to go pick up my order and the food was COLD , FRIES HAD NO SEASONING OR SALT ON THEM. Ranch tasted like spoiled milk.. chicken tasted like it was out all night and re-cooked. I went to call to explain the issue with my order. I was disconnected from the call , multiple times. Service is horrible , food is disgusting . If 0 stars were an option I would have clicked that instead. Just No, this Wing Stop is definitely the worst managed I’ve ever been to. If u want to avoid a headache your best bet is to simply not order from this place. The staff is not only rude but they also do not care. I’ve always had problems at this location and considering nothing has changed I’m under the impression the owner simply doesn’t care. Highly recommend anyone reading this also reads the yelp reviews for this location… I’ll leave it at that.

I do not normally write a review for anything but with how bad the wings have been the past 3 times I’ve been there I had to say something. Not only were the wings not cooked enough the messed up quantities and forgotten to give us everything we have ordered.
