This place lived up to the reviews and the pictures I saw. Even coming here on a cool and rainy day, it was still very pleasant being here.

Lovely outdoor porch setting and the food was outstanding. Best avocado I’ve ever had, toast piled high with fixings and served on wonderful warm rustic Italian bread with fresh fruit!! It was delicious! My daughter had “Exactly what I wanted!” Hers was also 5 star! Thank you, Cottage Cafe for not being another “Nectar!”

The worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. It’s going to take some time to recover from how awful that was. We were told we were going to wait 15 mins but we waited almost an hour. Nothing was edible. And it was expensive. My (terrible) Prosecco came in a wine glass. Ordered a vegetarian meal that came with bacon. The table was so dirty – possibly used a floor rag to wipe the table. One of the servers was nice enough but the rest need more training. All in all a really horrible experience that I wish I could erase from memory. Two Thumbs down.

Really cool place . The hostess was very nice and welcomed us with a nice smile. The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. The food was great and our server Hector gave great recommendations. The hamburger was very tasty. Only problem was I didn’t leave room for one of those great looking desserts my fault . Next time traveling this direction a stop here is on the agenda. Thanks to the staff for a great lunch. Love the cat.

We sat outside, the wrought iron chairs were a little rusty but a fun atmosphere. A little crowded and you can here the next table’s conversation. The service was quick. Our waitress was on top of all our requests, even though it was extremely busy. I had the Southern Lady eggs Benedict. It was delicious. The cucumber Bloody Mary hit the spot. Coffee was strong and a good cup. My husband had the Mango avocado crab cake salad and it was outstanding. Other than the tight quarters, there is nothing to find fault.

The Corned Beef Hash is spot on! So is their homemade Bloody Mary. I had the regular and the dill. The atmosphere and the service are excellent as well. It’s worth the trip over the bridge from Hilton Head Island!! And the deserts

I had read about this restaurant on line and sounded like a nice place for breakfast. But did not turn out to be true.
