The store was quiet. No music, no atmosphere. The servers were not friendly but also not rude. They just didn’t have interactive personalities. The food was good but as usual, you don’t feel like you get your money’s worth and they always upcharge for everything. We spent $60 for 4 people to eat. I would have rather went to a nicer place and got a better meal.

I ordered via the Moe’s app, for pickup, two steak burritos, with DOUBLE meat up-charge added on both, and selected chips and salsas for both entrees. When I got home and unpacked my order, they combined the two burritos in ONE bag, giving us enough chips for a SINGLE entree, NOT TWO. The WORST part however, is that the double-meat steak burritos were BOTH the same size as a Taco Bell burrito!!? How on Earth BOTH expensive double-meat burritos came out less than the size of a “Joey Jr.” is beyond me, and frankly, is unacceptable. I feel cheated and robbed. And I had left a 20% tip regrettably when I placed the order. Moe’s, you have sadly lost my business forever. You have been my favorite for nearly 15 years, but the service, selection, and portions have fallen to disgraceful standards and are no longer in the same universe as Chipotle or Tijuana Flats. Maybe employees feel that they can cheat customers who ordered online and do not get to watch their food being made below advertised and historic expectations, but I won’t be wasting my hard earned dollars here any longer. I REALLY wish I had photos. I do not exaggerate when I tell you they were the size of a sad limp Taco Bell beef and bean burrito. Just disgraceful.

If you’ve ever worked in a restaurant or food service location like I have, you know what dirty drains smell like or have had the unfortunate experience of having to clean them. Now imagine the drains are filthy and stick your mop into it and mop the floor with the drain sludge. That is what this place smells like. I can literally smell it in my head as I’m typing this a couple of hours later.

Unfriendly employees and THE WORST SMELL!!The doors were locked when I arrived at the restaurant at 11:15 and the hours on the door state they open at 11. I looked inside and the employees just looked at me. One that was sitting on the floor stood up and walked away then came an unlocked the door and seemed visually upset that I would bother to ask if they were open. She said they were still getting ready and walked away. The other employees were not friendly at all. Also as other reviews mention, The SMELL by the back is vomit inducing!! Food was good but I will never return to this location!!

Rude staff that doesn’t explain what they are about to over charge you for, soggy food, and they only have upsizes and then you pay for the upsizes even though there’s no regular option, Manager was dismissive and borderline confrontational. Said how she does it but even tho she contradicted herself and the employees didn’t do “what she does”

Very rude staff, no hello how are you doing (whatever you know what I mean ), asked for a crunch bowl or whatever they’re called and the lady was very very rude slammed the tortilla and said you are gonna have to give me a couple minutes, after that I don’t want it, like ma’am are you ok, who hurt you, don’t come here being rude for no reason. I will definitely not be going back there.
