This is my first bad review and I feel bad but hopefully it will help make a change! I have Celiac Disease and have been eating Chipotle’s weekly for over 20 years now bc it is one of the ONLY places that I am able to eat. This is the 4th time at this new store near me. I was VERY excited about it, but it has not been a good experience all the times I have went. 1. Every time I have went there, they are OUT of the food! Esp, the RICE. You can’t have a Chipotle rice bowl without rice so I had to leave. They did not seem to know what to do, they just say sorry. This was right before the rush… I can’t imagine the people behind me and how they handled that. 2. I have not seen a Manager there running the show. 3. The young staff is not very well-trained. They really need to speed it up a lot and provide larger portions for the price. They did not know about Gluten and Dairy contamination. If this store could get a good Manager and have back up food prepared, we would be eating there twice a week. Until then, I will continue to drive to the Riverdale store. (Maybe they could rotate employees from the other store to help train them?) (photos taken in April at 4:50pm).

If I could give a lower review, I would. Opening the bag when we got home the 1 Large guacamole was open and all over the place plus the level of cross contaminants when I this place is so poor worst Chipotle I’ve ever seen every time that I’ve gotten food from here there is something wrong. Save your time and drive to Riverdale if you still want better and more appealing food. There may be another review. Stay tuned for great updates coming to you.

Firstly let me say I love Chipotle! The order I received from this location tonight was disrespectful. The steak was old and dry like it was cooked this morning when the restaurant first opened and they are still serving it. This is no where near the quality of food that I would have thought to receive. I’m on a business trip so I ordered through Uber Eats and it was super fast but I don’t have the ability to take this back because I would be requesting to speak with the manager.

Let me start with the sidewalk, it hadn’t snowed in a few days so I don’t understand why they couldn’t use ice melt….We should’ve left immediately but instead we wanted to check out the brand new store. The seating was weak the service was alright and the steak was like bubble gum. We’ll only be hitting Riverdale or Layton for chipotle. Huge disappointment in Ogden.

Came an hour before closing and they were completely out of half of the menu with zero remorse about it. Also skimped us on everything they put into our bowls like they were trying to make the food that was left last until closing time without having to make more. Extremely disappointing after traveling all day and just trying to have a good/quick dinner.

I love Chipotle, but this is definitely not the one I would recommend going to. Every time I go into the store, the food bins are practically empty, and they just continue to scrape the burnt food out rather than having fresh food prepared. You’re better off driving another 10 minutes south to Riverdale.

Nearly every time I dine at this location, I leave frustrated. They are always out of at least one core ingredient. They are very stingy when it comes to portions, and the staff seems to be undertrained.

We ordered online at Chipotle and picked up our order and when we got our order it was completely messed up everything about it was messed up… But upon calling the store and speaking with the manager Michael and the very next day Joshua they were both extremely helpful made my food right made everything correct completely positive attitude of the way and definitely made it to where I will be returning thank you both very much.
