Live less then 2 minutes from this restaurant. Ordered tacos and got home and this is exactly what they looked like coming out the aluminum foil they was wrapped in. I have tried to give this restaurant chance after chance but this is just crazy.

My husband never complains ….However this restaurant got a thumbs down immediately from my husband. I called him from our OTR truck as he went in to order by himself. I wanted him to add a side order to the order but he had already ordered and said that whomever took his order was so rude when he started to ask questions that he decided to forego the drinks as well as anything else I may have wanted. It wasn’t a language barrier bc my hubby is (also) Latino….Now for the food…..my pork quesadilla with pineapple grilled onions and cheese was full of flavor and the texture was perfect and it was more than I could eat. I give IT 5 stars, However make sure you have LOTS of napkins because you won’t be able to avoid the large amount of oil on your hands . The hubby gives his chicken enchiladas 4 stars for flavor and texture. To bad the gentleman taking the order ruined what could be a 5 star rating. They were quick to take the order and quick to get it out. He couldn’t see if the restaurant itself was busy from his place of ordering but there was no one in line with him while ordering.

Stopped in after a busy morning in town. Service was friendly and fast. Food was hot and delicious, and my beer was cold. My chicken fajita nachos were great, just the right portion for a traveling taco lover. I highly recommend. If you found this review helpful please click like.

Love the atmosphere and all the people who work here. The food has always been our favorite but the last few times I’ve ordered a steak quesadilla it’s been very watery under the quesadilla making the bottom kinda yucky and gross. This wouldn’t deter me from going here as we love it, especially the salsa and guacamole….among many other things. Just wish the “water” wasn’t on my quesadilla plate.

During a recent road trip, I was passing through en route to Nashville but needed to fuel up. Happened to stop at the Shell station and glanced over at El Jardín. Always up for Mexican food so I took a chance, and to my surprise it was fantástico!! Ordered the Carne en su Jugo and my wife had it with you the Marisqueta w/ steak. The presentation of both dishes was impressive, authentic and so well-done. The flavors were amazing! Just one caution on the Marisqueta.. it comes 3 different ways, so choose your heat wisely! Great place.

The food was very good and not expensive. Reasonably priced. Fajitas were on sale for $9.99. I has the chicken salad which was very tasty. My daughter had the tamales and thoroughly enjoyed them. We drank water and spent about $35 for three.
