Received delivery. Pizza looks like someone cut a section out of it. The crust is a good half inch off and the inside cut has a gap in it. You can see the box through the pizza.

Horrible food. Pizza and bread sticks burnt and dry. Cheese on only half the pizza. Pepperoni were so burnt they could not be pulled off the crust, hard as a rock. Went to the store for a refund (paid cash) and was told it cant be done. They would only offer a store credit. Told them i wasn’t taking a store credit ( who would want credit for more bad food?) And they were then able to refund me in cash, my original payment method.

Great pan pizza…and price! Used app to get large 1 topping pizza deal for $7.99 plus $1 for pan crust. Tasted great and good service. (We always order extra sauce on our pizzas as it seems the Hut cut down on the regular amount a few years ago.)

Every time we order we tell them don’t knock or ring door bell. All other delvery services and pizza places can do it except them. The GM John well he will educate you on calling to tell them but then they do it anyway.

In the past I used to like ordering pizza from here. Recently I have gotten an order that was kind of messed up I asked for extra pepperoni on a pizza and instead they put light pepperoni. I would gladly change my review if my next order is made correctly.
