The customer service was great. Our waitress was very tentative to our family (a group of 7) the food was so good. We tried a little of everything, not disappointing AT ALL. The restaurant is very small but OVERALL the food was great! We were allowed to bring in a birthday cake, gifts, balloons. A free flan is given if anyone in your group is having a birthday, Reservations are available as well as outdoor seating.

Stumbled upon this place, and I’m so glad we did. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing. We tried the guamuchilito roll and my husband and daughter got shrimp dishes, and they were also very good!! I found the portions a bit small but overall we can’t wait to come back and try other options on the menu!

It’s a casual neighborhood place to enjoy with friends and family – not quiet or romantic and no ambience. They have a wide variety of Mexican and seafood and sushi dishes. The Tropical with shrimp, octopus, Mango and coconut was fresh and delicious with their large tortilla rounds. Grilled tacos, empañadas and salsa were OK. They serve beer and margaritas and we enjoyed our margaritas. The waitresses were nice to us gringas but the service was slow, they were busy on a Sunday night – get there early as it is a small place with limited parking. I wouldn’t drive far to go back but if you’re in the area and want a casual lunch or dinner give it a try!

My super picky bf was happy with this place. Food was goooood. I was already full by drinking the huge michelada, even before the food came lol I went on Saturday around 7.30 and there was no queue. Parking was easy, food served fast. Servers there were also very kind. I’ll definitely go back there!

I know better than to go out on Mother’s day but I also did not want to cook anything for dinner. The place was full though it did not take long to get a table. Parking was full so we parked on the street. It did however take more than an hour after we got seated to get our food. I never complain but I have limits. And if you have ever gone to dinner with hungry kids you know the “where is my/our food?” question every 45 seconds. They drove me crazy! So I went and asked. Food then started to trickle to our table. The food is good and service was too, our waitress was very apologetic and I know it’s not her fault. Just would not go anywhere on Mother’s day. Maybe I will remember that next year. I have been here before on two occasions and food did not take long so I know it was just that they were swamped.

BEST KEPT SECRET ON CHAPMAN! This isn’t just another local hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. They serve incredibly delicious unique fresh dishes that they could charge four times the amount for at a bigger fancier restaurant! I have not had one dish or appetizer hear that I have not been thoroughly impressed with… the only negative I would say is that if you’re not Latino, then everyone kind of stops and stares at you when you walk in and you may not feel welcome at first. But use some of your bad high school Spanish, and they warm right up.
