Service was amazing. We had a large group of us so they put us in a room. Appetizers were very flavorful and sizable. I had the 8 piece shrimp and it was very good. I got to try the scallops and they are buttery goodness. The steaks looked awesome and was gobbled up before I got a bite. Definitely a great sit down with family.

The atmosphere was great. This was my first time here and I love the customer service. We had the crawfish tails for an appetizer. And they were so hot, fresh, and good. They came out really quick. I had the stuffed shrimp with pasta. It was delicious as well. Really enjoyed myself.

Simply amazing, the service, the food, the ambiance. My wife and I went for our anniversary and they did not disappoint. The waiter was extremely nice and always available when needed. The food came out very fast and hot. The cocktails we ordered were delicious and strong. All and all, amazing restaurant and possibly the best in the Jackson Metro area. Highly recommend. Great food

I was so looking forward to taking my family out and trying Shapely’s for the first time. I read reviews about how great the steaks were and I hate to say that I did not have the same experience. I ordered a cowboy ribeye and it came out looking awesome, but it was dry. I got it cooked medium well but every bite was tough. I wasn’t going to say anything because my father in law said his ribeye was cooked to perfection and my wife and my mother in law enjoyed theirs and I’m not much of a complainer either. I also thought maybe after I got home and cut around it I could gather pieces closer to the bone and it would be tender. I had to snap a picture and try to capture the dryness of it. I had to throw it away because my jaws was hurting from chewing. After spending over $80 for a steak, I had to say something. I gave 4 stars for the service and my guest enjoying their meals.

I must say the fillet the red fish unbelievable. Went back to Shapley’s after years of not eating there, I must say what a treat. The Steak was cooked perfect, redfish covered with crab great had a Caesar salad super. The staff great!!! This place is a classic. The Bar looked great. Food a 10.

Everything we had was outstanding. I opted for the beef tips which was tenderloin medallions in a bowl with whole mushrooms and onions. The medallions were perfectly cooked and the mushrooms were icing on the cake. Both had spectacular flavor. The bread pudding was the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Bread pudding is my favorite dessert, so this is saying a lot. Highly recommend for fine dining!

The service was terrible and the food was sub par. They could at minimum salt and pepper their food. After seeing all the pictures and reviews I was so hyped to visit this restaurant but unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The waiter and management were rude, cursed out one of our party members and said he was sick of us from the beginning. This happened after they wasted grease all over one of our party members and failed to return another’s credit card. If I could give less than one star I would.

Salmon with creamy dill sauce was perfection and the asparagus seasoned prepared tender, delicious. Potatoes were my hubby’s fave … we both kept raving about our meal from start to finish. Jake, our waiter had personality plus and added to our delightful, post Valentines dinner at Shapleys. Thank you we were not disappointed!
