I’ve always called this one of my FAVORITE restaurant in the Cleveland area. I’ve chosen to make this my dinner spot for many occasions but it really upset me today. They raised the prices, fine. We got the bill and they added $1 to every single item regardless and they never gave us a heads. up. Also, the dish I always order has pine nuts and they failed to include them and did not tell me. I asked and they acted like they couldn’t find pine nuts at the Asian market. They offered me peanuts of course significantly cheaper. I said no thanks expecting them to try to make it right but instead they surprise us with a surprise of a price increase. Charging more for food but removing a main ingredient trying to save every cent. Pine nuts are sold at many places including online. Change your menu prices and food descriptions and even the photos. Inform customers when you are intentionally out of something. Extremely disappointed.

I’ve been here a couple times now, and have sampled the menu and have yet to find an item that I do not like. The facility is very clean on the inside, including the bathrooms, staff is friendly and super quick at getting your order together. Overall, the food is amazingly great to look at, and even better to taste. The price point is more than fair and you can feed quite a few people with all the a few bucks. I highly recommend this location and think everyone will enjoy it as much as I did.

Second time traveling through Cleveland, first time going to a Chinese restaurant in Ohio. Found an absolute gem. Authentic delicious Chinese cuisine. Recommend getting the stir fry string beans, the dry pot with beef, and fish filet in chili oil (I forget the English name). Modern decor and chill atmosphere. Very clean. Lots of parking nearby.

Came here for a family dinner of 8, and was very satisfied! The food was good, and the service was friendly and attentive. We had called in our reservation and they had a long table set up for us. The dishes we ordered were tasty, affordable, and well presented. Our favorites were the crispy salted chicken (“popcorn chicken”), cashew chicken, spicy eggplant tofu, and chicken with snowpeas. (Each entree comes with a bowl of fried rice, which I appreciate). The 2 kids also loved the lo-mein noodles with chicken. Next time, without the fish-averse fam, I would like to try some of their seafood dishes.

This is a really nice Chinese restaurant that is where Zoup used to be. The presentation of the food and service was phenomenal and most of the food was delicious (General Tso’s chicken, crab rangoon, and lamb skewers really stood out). Some of the food we ordered was just ok, like the pork egg Foo yung, but overall this was definitely a 5 star experience and worth checking out!

I ordered the Three Style Pepper Chicken and told them to make it spicy. They asked me how spicy. I said spicy. They consoled another worker who then asked me am I sure hahaha. They wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting. I am a fan of hot and it did not disappoint. There were quite a few red hot peppers but the chicken texture was phenomenal and the taste was spicy but flavorful. I look forward to trying other dishes here.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this place! We are so happy to finally have an awesome Chinese restaurant in the area! The sweet and sour chicken is by far the BEST I’ve ever had! The bubble teas are also insanely delicious! No matter what flavor you get. The restaurant itself has a great ambiance! Super clean and friendly staff. I highly recommend trying Szechuan Gourmet out.

Online ordering and takeout experience was super easy, fast, and well-packaged. The “Fried Salted Chicken” (pictured with fried rice) is phenomenal, it’s crispy, and has just enough spice to satisfy, not overwhelm. Took a chance on the “Fried Buns” appetizer (also pictured), and found out it’s basically fried yeast rolls with a sweet dipping sauce—definitely tasty, but not at all savory. Also ordered the Crab Rangoons, and they were deliciously flaky, and slightly sweeter than average. Lucky to have this place so close, will definitely return.

Look no further for pretty authentic szechuan food in the suburbs. Food is fantastic and a great deal for the lunch options. If you like spicy, order the chili chicken and chili oil fish. Also had the twice cooked pork and it was good also.
