Terrible service..I understand that it’s superbowl day but please be accurate on your times.. they said 55 minutes to an hour and it almost took 2 hours and on top of that I didn’t even get my cheese nor pepper flake shakers that I PAID for nor I got my stuffed crust pizza !

I’m usually a Domino’s Pizza girl but my Big Dinner Box order was a perfect date night choice that my partner really enjoyed. I would recommend giving it a try. A bit on the pricey side – I wish there were more wings included in the box – but the pizza taste was an easy save and I’m glad I didn’t have to throw away more than one piece of cardboard.

When I first placed an order for delivery, two things I paid for were not delivered to me. So the lady said she’d give me $10 in credit for the inconvenience. I went in a couple weeks after and asked for my credit and was told I didn’t have any credit under my phone number. I said it was fine and placed an order for carryout anyways. My personal pizza pepperoni had sauce all on one side and cheese on other with hardly any pepperoni. Not to mention, it was very very small. Way smaller than it should have been. I also ordered two Alfredo pastas which lacked sauce and flavor. The lady up front asked me if I wanted utensils and I had said yes so she reached under the counter to grab them to “put them in my bag.” I went home and had no utensils. So she pretty much pretended so put some in there. Who does that. Never coming back here. Don’t waste your money here. Also can’t forget how filthy the store’s floor was when I walked inside.

All they have now is pick up and delivery. A little out of my way for a pizza pick up but the Zion store never seems to be open anymore. Another Fall From Grace. When I asked why there were still tables the Host said that people can still dine in if they want to but they have no more drink fountains. Sad what Pizza Hut has become. Corporate has ruined the dining experience! I remember in the 70s 80s 90s, going getting a picture of beer before your meal settling in for a nice tasty hot pizza.

I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter for a pick up order. Great customer service, I was only there for about 2 mins from the time I parked my car until the time I got back in the car. It’s a Friday night and it took 20 minutes or less for them to make 2 large pizzas. Thanks for the delicious dinner and keep up the great work!
