I have ordered from here so many times and never had an issue. Well from now on I will not be eating here again. The chicken I got was cold and uncooked. I ended up with food poisoning. I have tried making a claim online on their website since no phone number is listed. I wonder why.

I had the garlic guajillo steak bowl and it was very tasty. This visit was the first time I tried this protein option and I was not disappointed. This location was not busy and everything was very fresh. I will eat here again when I am in the neighborhood.

Food wasn’t bad, supposedly just made chicken was cold. Asked for guacamole got a whole avocado with the pit included. Girls working behind the counter didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and acted like anyone who came in was a bother.

As someone who’s worked in the food industry lunch time can be very busy. I did receive a totally different order than what I ordered. Unfortunately it was for my boyfriend that was in need to hurry back to work, I went back to speak to a manager to get what I paid for. Darlene was the manager I spoke with, she was super nice and understanding of my situation. She offered multiple solutions 1 remake the order, 2 credit me the bowl for next time so I wouldn’t have to pay for it, or refund the money. Absolutely the best manager, she quickly remade my bowl the correct way and I thank her for that. Darlene you’re an angel and a good manager!!!

Came in with my mother in law and wife to get a quick bit to eat. Walked in the staff where rude and when my mother in law was asked what she wanted and she asked for a water, the clerk rolled her eyes and said “okay…” hardly and veggies and bad experience all together

This location is constantly messing up my orders. They either assemble the orders with missing items (omitting chicken from a chicken bowl, for example) or just hand me the wrong order altogether. I really only keep going to this location because they’re the only one nearby with a Chipotlane, but it’s been very disappointing to keep getting my orders messed up. I know things happen every now and then but this particular location is consistently bad about forgetting items or not paying attention to the orders they assemble and hand over.
