I absolutely love this place!! Been ordering from here for a year now to the point that I’m a regular. They always take great care of my orders by following special requests and doing everything they can to contact me if they are out of something so they can replace it and I love how they show their appreciation for me! My only complaint is that I wish they were open 24 hours!!!! Just kidding. Seriously if you’re looking for breakfast in Baltimore skip the gentrified diners and order Golden Star!!

A great pick me up for anyone on lunch break in the area. I’ve had their chicken sandwich, teriyaki chicken, fresh salad, and cheesesteak–all consistently good and surprisingly fresh for the price and fast preparation. Anything with chicken is especially tasty. I will continue to make my way through the whole menu 🙂

Today was the first time that I ordered here from Grubhub. I looked at the reviews before I ordered cause I wanted to surprise my wife with breakfast when she woke up. Normally, I would have cooked for her, but we got in at 6:30am this morning and I needed to sleep, lol. So, I woke up at around 9:30am and placed the order. I realized that the driver was still at the restaurant and had not moved. I texted her and she said that my food wasn’t ready. I called the restaurant and spoke to this pleasant gentleman who explained that he likes to wait until a driver is assigned before making the food or else it would sit. He said that customer service is his first priority because he wants the food to be hot. Say whaaaaat!!! Music to my ears!!!! Now that’s World Class Customer Service!!! Back to the food, the order was correct, it was hot, and might I add; very delicious!!!! Golden Star has a customer for life. My wife even commented on the quality and deliciousness of the food!!!

Food doesn’t have any flavoring, tastes like paper and liquid eggs. The guy at the register is very rude. He has a nerve to tell me to wear my mask when he doesn’t even have one on.

First breakfast being a new resident of baltimore. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT they followed every special instructions I had the french toast was amazing and the over easy eggs were… Actually over easy! Thank you so much I needed that after a long day at work
