Banh xeo is huge and has a good crisp. You can taste the coconut. They have squid and shrimp, not the cheap chewy meat like other places. Could use more protein and mushrooms though. They don’t use a bunch of bean sprouts as filler that ruins the crisp. Bunch of lettuce, mustard leaves, n herbs on the side. Took some leftovers n they offered me extra fish sauce.

The food was really good. The waitress recommended how we should order so we can share and try different dishes. The main part is the chicken salad, you can choose to eat the salad with chicken rice, noodles, or rice porridge.
