I live over half an hour away from Blue Collar and am always excited when I have a reason to get back over there for some of their deliciously smoked goodies. They moved to a new location several weeks back and it’s a very nice space. I highly recommend checking them out. Contrary to some of the older reviews on here their food is very tasty!

First of all the food was delicious! We stopped by for the first time. I loved the relaxed feel. The employees, who I would assume are the owners, were very friendly and took the time to interact with my son. I can’t wait until they open their new location.

We hired Blue Collar BBQ to cater our National Night Out and they were fantastic! We got pulled pork, pulled chicken, buns, cornbread, potato salad and coleslaw. Everyone loved it! Even the kids. Thank you for the great service and great food!

Nice menu, they have award winning Chicken. Menu has Salmon, Beef brisket, of course Pork. Mac and cheese, Cheesy potatoes, corn bread and more. Small venue, but there isn’t a long wait that way. Side of ribs was good, not great-slightly dry-under smoked, but still worth the money. Mac & cheese was good and creamy. Cheesy potatoes were also good. The things I had were all worth the money. Not 5 stars but I’ll likely still go back.

Really bums me out to give this review. I love BBQ. I have family in KC and Austin, TX. This was the worst cue I think I’ve ever had. Wife and I went to try the new location. We got burnt ends, brisket and ribs with sides. Nothing was good. Burnt ends (“award winning”) were dry, cold, and flavorless. The sauce couldn’t do anything to redeem them. Okay, so take an L on that one for this trip. Onto the brisket. Dry, cold, and flavorless. Again, the sauce couldn’t bring it back. Pretty dreadful. The beans tasted acrid and metallic. At this point, I’m just trying to move on to something I might actually like. Nothing could impress. I got a pulled pork sandwich box to take home for a family member. I sampled some and it was just a waste. I would love to see what makes people like Blue Collar, but what we had was pretty shameful. I don’t give reviews often, but this visit definitely merited it.

Everything here is gold! The food, staff, and atmosphere. I am very excited this place finally has a dine in option. The beans are AMAZING, I want to go back Just for those alone (they are made with apples and cinnamon – so delicious). Mac and cheese looked questionable but the taste is delicious! And the meat…… you won’t find anywhere around here that is comparable. The staff are top notch, especially Mario – that guy was born to serve. You won’t want to miss this place. Rumor has it they will be introducing breakfast in the near future. They also have a great wine and local on tap selection to quench your thirst. Go in today!!!

I hate doing bad reviews but this place was not worth the money I paid. I ordered pulled pork, my wife ordered the brisket, and both our meat was all dried up and chewy. Portions were pretty small for what you got as well. But my kids liked the BBQ Mac n cheese, and twisty fries were good. And their pop machines were out of service.
