I stopped to get food after a trip to Holiday World. They were out of most everything, I got wings and they charged me $18 for 16 wings, which I think is ridiculous but prices weren’t posted so shame on me. Then I bought 3 bags of chips clearly labeled for $1.99 per bag. They charged me $2.49. When I complained they yelled at me about how it’s not their fault or problem and there’s nothing they can do about it being mislabeled. Then told me another label was correct (for a different product ) and when I said I wasn’t given that price showed me that it was expired. They then just pulled off the wrong price and said they didn’t have to honor it. I asked to speak to management and Joseph Haynes said that he was the only person there and wouldn’t do anything about it or give me any other contact information.

I have no other choice but to give 1 star since I went in for gas & could not get gas. I tried to use 3 differ cards at 2 different pumps but each and every time it would except my payment & everything would work as expected until it would tell me to remove my card. As soon as I removed my card it would say “processing” for FOREVER until I had no other choice but to cancel the transaction. Frustrated, I drove off and got gas somewhere else.

I purchased 7 burgers from Casey’s Friday evening as you can see 4 had the buns burnt so badly they were rock hard. When I tried to return the burgers the kitchen manager came out and without even looking at them told me “that’s how they come!” Refused to give me my money back for anything. Ridiculous!

I’ve been to so many Casey’s as I am addicted to their coffee lol and this store is by far my best experience at a Casey’s! Stopped by here after visiting Holiday World today and had amazing service! My slice of pizza was hot and fresh and perfectly made, the coffee bar was stocked very well and very clean, over all the store itself was very clean and the staff were very nice, thanks for an amazing experience.

Everyone is polite, but like most of the Casey’s around here they rarely have any kind of selection of fresh food. Idk, I worked at a Casey’s for a time and the expectation was to have the food stocked consistently. I work on the road and Casey’s used to be a good place to stop for quick, decent food. These days they have too many either slow, inexperienced, or lazy people in all of their kitchens that can’t keep up.

As a weary traveler on Thanksgiving, I was so thankful to find that Casey’s kitchen was staffed and made my hungry family some delicious pizzas. They were able to accommodate my special request for a pizza with half cheese and half sauce only, as my son has a dairy allergy.

This Casey’s is just not up-to-par with other Casey’s out there. Ice Coffee Machine is always out of order. Many times out of cups or lids. Everyone is always nice and friendly but many times too busy to make single slice pizza during lunch only breakfast pizza available.

Store is nee so staff is still learning. Food order times could definitely be improved, however I will keep in mind they are new and alot of people are ordering food. Their breakfast pizza is delicious. Their other Pizza is very greasy. Donuts are delicious and the only place in town with a variety of fresh baked donuts.

A good place to stop if you are on the road! The store offers a good selection of items if you need to eat or drink while traveling. Plus, the bathrooms are clean and usually well-stocked. On this visit, one of the stalls was out of toilet tissue but this is a rare occurrence.
