Door dash swapped my order but when I called the store to explain what happened, everyone I spoke to was so helpful and understanding! They remade my pizza very quickly and it was ready by the time I got there. This was my first time ordering from Marco’s and will DEFINITELY be coming back (using one of their own delivery drivers next time).

The ONLY problem i had was that the app said the pizza would be ready at 4:50 pm… I arrive early and they haven’t even started the pizza. Then the app says the pizza was ready, but it wasn’t. I was the only customer in the restaurant as you can tell by my pics.

Our first time here. I ordered a small Chicken Hawaiian pizza, husband got the Deluxe Pizza Bowl. Both of us were very happy with our pizzas. Crust on my pizza was very fresh, much better than many places and without the “cardboard” aspect of some pizza crusts. Staff member Christian who took our orders was very helpful, answered questions, offered packets of grated cheese and red pepper. Overall a good experience. Recommended. Would return!

We ordered a Deluxe Pizza online. When my husband arrived to pick it up, they were just starting to prepare the pizza. It said on his app that the pizza was ready, but he waited an additional 15 minutes to receive the pizza. The pizza was hot and well prepared. The flavor was good, the toppings were sufficient, and we enjoyed our meal. The price was fair for the quantity and quality. The slow service and inaccurate app are the only reason I docked them a star.

Ordered ahead online, showed up 20min later and still had to wait almost an hour. I ordered 4 pizzas and they gave me one sauce and told me I had to pay for any more. Not one per pizza, a total of one. Now coupons expire after a week. Great job management, making everyone’s life better.

The food was good, but the lady who I assume was the manager wouldn’t stop starring at me and my family. They were talking to each other in a language I didn’t understand while starring at us. She literally wouldn’t take her eyes off us and it made us feel really uncomfortable
