They forgot to give us sweet and sour sauce, then we asked for NO onions or vegetables in the fried rice. Well there were onions and vegetables in it and it had a weird color to it. Then the broccoli was very hard like it was raw, the beef was chewy and had alot of grissel and fat in it. The chicken for the sweet and sour chicken looked like someone sliced it thin and the breading was thick. Some pieces didn’t even have chicken in them. We have never had a bad experience with them before. We will never go back again.

This used to be the best Chinese food around. It’s not very good anymore. The flavors aren’t as good, doesn’t seem as fresh. We loved Super Wok, but not now. It must be under different owners because of the drastic changes in quality and taste. I’m sad.

Our family loves to eat here at the Super Wok at the East End of Salem. We usually call and our order is always ready and still warm by the time we get and bring it back home to eat. Very nice family runs the Restaurant.

As the only decent Chinese place for miles around, we are lucky that it is this good. I have never had a bad meal from here and it is prepared quickly. It’s worth stopping in even if you’re just passing through. Wonderful staff and wonderful food.

I was really surprised to see this place even have reviews, but Im so glad!! Its a ‘hole in the wall’ spot, but it is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I lived in this area for 6 years, and didn’t realize how SPOILED I was until I moved. I now live in Columbus Ohio, FOOD MECCA, and I have tried almost a dozen places, all to be second to Super Wok. For the first time in over 3 years since moving, I found myself in the area, so you best believe I ordered my favorite dish (General Tso with white rice) to go, and I couldn’t eat it fast enough (seriously, I burnt my mouth- which I’m paying for this morning)! The chicken was fresh and juicy, the breading was crisp and just enough to cover the chicken, it was spiced well the the sauce, as always, perfection. I can actually say I think it was even better than the last time I ate it!! I immediately said, God Bless Super Wok in Salem WV!! Please, please come to Columbus Ohio and show this city what perfection tastes like, I would be a weekly customer!! Le sigh, until then, I will always order my favorite when I’m in the area!

I ordered a General Tso combination meal which with a 16 ounce coke. As soon as I sat down one of the cashier brought me corn chips and sweet and sour dipping sauce as an appetizer. The chip were not a common brand I know of. They brought out my meal. One side was chicken in brown sauce and the other was rice with an egg roll on the side. The servings were double I had to ask for a box to eat later had work.
