Went to get breakfast on my morning break from work. At 7:45 am, there was no one there. This restaurant is supposed to open at 7 am. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, when you do get to order in the drive-thru, you are almost always missing something from your order. This Taco Bell is getting just as bad as the one that closed down on Main St.

We waited to order for a while, when the person came back in from outside, he told us we had to use the kiosk to order. We were going to pay cash so we asked for a register. He complained about having to item the drawer and walked off. Then when he came back, we asked if it was a lot of trouble and we were told to calm down. There were no raised voices or angry faces. We decided to leave instead of ordering anything there. The employee was clearly annoyed that he had customers to wait on.

Very very slow just waited 1hour in line and only 6cars ahead of me. And we got 3 orders of Fiesta potatoes and all of them were old and hard and it wasn’t even a full order they just tried making what they had stretch for 3 orders. I hope someone steps in and fixes this new building so food and service is better!

Waited 10 minutes to order and no one was in line. Someone showed up only after I used the kiosk to order. Tried to pay with cash, they don’t accept cash at this time. Took over 20 minutes to get my order, they ran out of ingredients so had to substitute chicken for steak and cheese for rice. What kinda place is this? Freaking joke?? I’ll steer clear of here from now on!! Terrible…
