I got 3pc chicken dinner. The chicken was cold and rubbery. Tater rounds were hard. They put some kinda sausage gravy on the mash potatoes. It looked more like oily water and sausage. The biscuit was the only thing in the box that tasted good. Never ordering from this locate again.

Went around 8 pm through the drive-through. Wasn’t busy at that point, but soon after, they were backed up. Order a 12 piece family meal. What food I received was good. Chicken, mac&cheese, pinto beans. The tea a half gallon was a bit bitter, which was disappointing because I really love their tea. I should have gotten biscuits, but they weren’t in the box. Was home by the time I saw I didn’t have them and wasn’t going to put my grand babies back in the car to go get them. I had to go park and wait for about 10-15 minutes to receive my food. The girl that brought it out wasn’t very pleasant and seemed very agitated that she had to bring it out.

This location is horrible. Online it says they open at 5am. They are never open on time. It was almost 7 before the opened this morning. For the past year probably, everyone there is rude. Everything is over cooked. I got the Cajun filet biscuit with bo-rounds. The chicken was dry and tough, the biscuit was dry and falling apart. The bo-rounds didn’t even taste right. I asked for ketchup when the lady handed me my drink and she just said it’s in the bag with a rude tone and closed the window. They really need someone to come in and make some changes.

Favorite fast food. Perfect biscuits every time day or night. Sometimes a short wait for Bo-rounds but they will cook them for you any time of day. My faves are steak or sausage/egg/cheese.

Horrible experience! I ordered a grilled chicken biscuit with cheese. The older lady in the kitchen got upset with the young lady who took my order, because see didn’t ask if they had grilled chicken. They had it. It was just going to take a few minutes to cook. The young lady try that took my order did nothing wrong. The lady in the kitchen is a bad look. Her name is Sandra or Sonya.

Horrible location with a poorly designed drive through that forces you to do a lap around the building before you enter, then you’re stuck in it. The sandwich looked like a two year old put it together, then dropped, and sat on it before putting it in the bag.

Do not waste your money here. I ordered chicken tenders, so why are they handing out chicken nugget sizes. I payed $10 for 4 chicken nuggets and a pitiful amount of fries. Ive always loved bojangles, but this is such a shame they are letting this happen too many times.

Today, 8/5/23, I swung bro by the drive through to pick up some chicken supremes. These supremes were cooked to perfection. I’ve been eating Bojangles since I moved to Charlotte 20 years ago and these chicken fingers are the absolute best I’ve had. Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Not dry like ive had in the past feom other locations. I don’t know if they changed cooks, but someone needs a raise! Whatever you are doing, don’t change a thing. These things were so damned good I had to call the store to let them know. Lol

Ordered two supreme. Combos, they try to hand me the wrong food, I hand it back and ask for my food politely. The lady tells me to pull into the spot one and wait after 10 minutes and seeing multiple cars drove by me I get my food since they got my order wrong the first time you would think they would make sure not to mess it up this time. Wrong amount of chicken I paid for a 5 piece and you give me 4 in each combo. Cmon man
