Pizza Tracker was lagging did not include name who was making my order. Pizza looks discolored and red appearance. The white boy with blue eyes who tendered my payment, did not greet me, did not thank me, did not speak to me whatsoever. Employee seen leaning against counter with arms crossed. House flies were everywhere inside. I wish I had canceled my order and left. Get someone there to swat flies.

We are loyal customers. Pizza was delivered to the wrong house. Our neighbors across the street asked if we had ordered a pizza after they had eaten two slices. We contacted the location and were told that it was our word against the delivery driver. We asked for reimbursement and the employee response was rude and unprofessional. He told us they would not reimburse for the pizza but could remake it. He also said that we were now banned. I refuse to accept this as the new way of customer service. So disappointed considering how often we order from this location and would not recommend anyone to purchase from this location.

Domino’s has an invaluable asset in Dalynn who is the new manager at this location. I’m telling you, the turn around at this Dickinson Ave. store has been like night & day. Ever since she took over the food has been great, all the people working there have been great, and their customer service has been great. Ordering from here each week has been so much of a better experience due to her presence. Thank you to Dalynn and to Domino’s for finding this diamond in the rough!!!

I would give them 0 if it would let me! I manage a restaurant so I know the stress and struggles…. but I placed an order through the app which is down…. it took my money. So I called. Both managers were very nasty to me and said that’s corporates problem not theirs!? However they couldn’t give me a number for corporate that I would have to go through my bank because it was my problem

Honestly the best location in Greenville please keep it up, the only problem I had was a couple random toppings (piece of bacon, piece of pineapple) careful for people with allergies, or vegetarians. Otherwise no complaints.

Worst service ever. Do NOT go to this Dominos. You’re better off getting carryout at another store if you have the choice. The manager that was working at night (12/21/2022) is a joke and lied multiple times . Said that they didn’t feel “safe” delivering the food as an excuse to not go out even though the store was still open for more than enough time to do so. It sounded targeted at me and my friends for whatever reason that manager had to treat us this way. Ruined our experience as a whole.
