Placed an order through Uber eats and an item was missing. Called the store and spoke to a representative that issued a store credit only to have another person call in less than 10 minutes to say store credits aren’t issued for orders through Uber eats. Problem is Uber eats didn’t mess up the order and they’d rather risk a losing a customer than issuing a credit less than $5 for an order more than 10 times that amount. Horrible customer service!

First time I have tried wingstop and it was great! Food was fresh and staff was friendly at this location. The Voodoo Fries are so good and lightly spicey. I got Garlic Parmesan, Hickory BBQ and Mango Habanero boneless wings which were all amazing! I would order again!

I had a mixup with my order which I take full responsibility for however the customer service received was not the best. The lady gave me attitude afterwards because I asked her for ranch instead of her offering a refund for $1.00.
