The atmosphere is friendly with boat/beach vibes. Even when it was busy, there was barely a wait for seating or for the food to come out. Perfect place for peel n eat shrimp and a beer, and the black bean and corn salsa and shrimp tacos are excellent.

Was in the area and looking for Sunday Brunch. This place was highly recommended online. So glad i took heed to it as it is an amazing little place. View, drinks and food was top notch. I had the Grits and shrimp bowl and it was amazing. Service was great as well. Will definitely be back to try out the dinner menu as it too looked great. BTW, the key lime pie was excellent!

This is a really really great place. It’s clean, they are super friendly and efficient. The dishes are presented well. The food is very tasty. The best part is the mint chocolates after each meal. I’ll be excited to see the beer garden. ❤️ ❤️

Ordered steak breakfast taco. I initially thought they accidentally gave me flour tortilla instead of corn, but it’s simply a white corn tortilla and it tastes very flour-y until eaten as the taco. It was very tasty! And I have to say that the grits were the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant…Absolutely the best!! Staff is incredible, sweet, nice, friendly, and responsive. I haven’t been to Oriental in a while and used to come here when it was a different restaurant to get the steam pot which was soooo good! I’m glad I gave Barcos a try and will definitely make it a destination more often.

A very relaxed atmosphere … think plastic chairs and no tablecloths. So a good place to grab late, casual lunch which we did today. Do not open until 3 at least on Saturday. The server was great. The shrimp and chicken tacos were very delicious. And prices are reasonable. The homemade chocolates at end of meal were a “sweet”touch.

We enjoyed our dinner so much on Saturday night that we came back for Sunday brunch. The food was great – I got steak tacos on a flour tortilla and the jalapeno jam sauce that came on it was phenomenal! We had steamed oysters for appetizers and they were great also. We will be back without a doubt!

Delicious! We had the shrimp tacos and Jambalaya. So good! Add to it a very nice dark beer and the coconut margarita. Oh, man! Get the coconut margarita. You will not be disappointed. Spent $50 with tax for 2 dinners and 2 drinks.

My sisters and I had a great experience at Barcos! The portions were super generous. The prices were extremely reasonable considering the portion sizes. The food was delicious. The waitstaff was kind and perfectly attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun. We were dancing in our seats, chowing down and enjoying delicious cocktails, and laughing the entire time.
