I used to eat Papa Johns a lot years ago. I just had there “regular” custom pizza, it tastes like plain pizza. Honestly Dominos and Pizza Hut are way better unfortunately and cheaper. Also there cheesy bread sticks was just pizza cut in a different shape.

I tried to order online from the Newburgh location and it wasn’t working and that I’d have to call. (No problem) I called and told the person the order and he said he couldn’t place my order because it’s an online promo only. So then I asked him how much would my order be with out the promo and it was 3x the original price. I asked him what other specials are there because that price was crazy and he just HUNG up on me. I called back and he hung up again. This place is trash. Papa John’s you could do better.

Not only would they not accept a coupon, I called the 800 number and was told the store would resolve the issue. It was not resolved. The food was not good, the service was not good, the hygiene was not good. The in store manager who assisted me had the worst case of nail fungus I had ever seen and should have been wearing gloves. I am disgusted with this store and the lack of service. Don’t bother printing coupons that you refuse to honor.

I am extremely displeased with the timeliness of my order. I had a really busy day and I made sure to call in at opening to place an order. I would’ve done it online but the earliest time was an hour after opening. I called at 1102 and placed an order for which the man said 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later for him to tell me 10 more minutes . It was not until 26 minutes more was my order ready. If I knew it was going to be that long I would’ve went somewhere else. Then on my drive I realized it wasn’t correct and had to go back. The food was okay. Could’ve been better.
