Every time i come to a location there is a problem with my order being messed up . i come here for breakfast when im running late for work. One time i order a breakfast bowl combo in which they forgot my hash browns. Another time i order the breakfast bowl with a grilled patty on the side in which they gave me a fried one instead. Today 5-24-2023 i order a breakfast bowl in which they forgot to add my hash browns. I really did not want to write this review but i’ve never been to a chick fil that has this much lack of detail a that has had this many mistakes

Go through drive through. Not be given part of my order go inside, wait 15 minutes with only one person in front of me. Let them know you missed a piece of my order. Wait another 10 minutes to get a simple order of nuggets while my bag was sitting there waiting but no one brought it to me. Fantastic, never going back.

It’s been open for 6 months so they should be past the training phase. The drive thru is the slowest I have ever seen. The one in Buena Park is VERY busy and theirs is much faster with a longer line.

Although the food is up to par, the service workers are not well trained. Twice went home to find out they didn’t put salad dressing in my order, I know I should have checked but this never happens at other locations. The first time I just let it go and used my home dressing but the second time I went back to complain and the front counter had a bad attitude and didn’t even apologize for their mistake. This place is close to my house but I’ll go a little further and go to the one at the Cerritos mall.

SLOWEST Chick-fil-a to exist. Be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru AFTER you order. We have been 3 times for breakfast and are disappointed with the drive thru every time. Don’t bother expecting to eat inside because there is hardly any seating and its usually full.

If you use the drive thru, choose the lane WITHOUT their employee on a ipad. The non-employee line ALWAYS moves much faster. Expect a long wait either inside or out. This place is busy for a reason. Everyone loves the menu! Still miss the coleslaw. Hopefully they will bring it back one day.
