Sonic Drive-In be careful you might end up with a cold sandwich and then the manager argue the point that the sandwich is hot. In the picture you can clearly see one slice of cheese not melted at all. But yet she tried it convince me that that’s the way the sandwiches supposed to be. I know when you bite into a what’s supposed to be a hot sandwich it supposed to be warm to the bite.

Honestly I thought this Sonic was the better Sonic in town. However, in recent months it’s gone downhill. The food we’ve received has been subpar. Today they gave me a corn dog that was burnt. Someone had to see that corn dog and decide to put it in the little paper container, take my money, and bring it out to me. I think this speaks to the culture of a place or maybe it’s just teenagers. Two stars, would not recommend.

I will never ever go to the Sonic (Store Locator-1278 – 3311 Sherwood way, San Angelo Texas) or will suggest to anyone this place cause of the bad experience i had today. They did not provide me what I ordered for and they refused to replace it and tactically took my recipt never to return it so that i will not be able to raise an incident in their website. The store manager neither apologised nor tried to resolve the issue by replacing it with right order. While reporting the incident to sonic over customer support, the response was cold. This might sound like a small incident but do matter a lot to me because of the way the store manager and their assistants addresed the issue, made me write this review. Please avoid this location if possible and also remember to take your receipt if you plan to raise an incident on Sonic website. Store franchise Location like this will surely affect the Sonic brand.

Friendly staff but when it comes to the food they are stingy and you don’t get what you pay for.Ordered a #1 with chili cheese tots and ordered a large.Not only was my portion not a large portion but half of it was dry.If they ain’t going to give you what you ask for they need to train their kitchen better because this is the second time in that this has happened at this store.I don’t need their staff putting me on a diet and charging for dry, small portions when I pay for large.

I just ordered a #2 and when i got home there was a hair that was the length from my head to my knees was disgusting. i went back they gave me my money back but as im showing the manager a picture of the hair he smirks and laughs and i immediately tell him its not funny. Nice to know people at this establishment think its funny to have someone else is hair or feces on there food. This person blamed it on a “new girl”

Southpaw Psycho
The five-piece chicken dinner are extremely small and and do not have any flavor anymore. The gravy taste like water. The drinks have no syrup in them mostly water and carbonation nowadays. The tater tots are barely even Brown and mostly white. The toast comes with it is overcooked.
